Hello! My name is Minka Petrova. I’m the only master of make up in Plovdiv town and this is my web site. Here I’ll try to be in help of you with information, consulting and service. At first - get a little acquainted with my biography.

I was born 11.07.1967 in Plovdiv, Bulgaria.

I graduated high school at 1985. I studied painting in the classes of the famous sculptor Cviatko Siromashki. Several years I had worked as a model in Musical Department of Plovdiv Municipality where I started make up practice. At the end of 1991 me and my brother had established a private model agency, taking care for appearance of our models - hair style and make up. I had graduated hair-dresser courses in Professional High School “Anna May” and professional make up courses in “Edison” Fashion Agency . In 1995 together with “Intersound” Agency we organized “Miss Plovdiv” competition and took part in “Miss Bulgaria” competition with make up and hair styling.

For 2 years (2003-2005) I was hired by AVON company for make up. In the time of secondary-school stuents' farewell balls and other festivals I had worked for several hairdressing saloons. In 2005 I was invited to make up for the Thailand fashion designer SEN PINTA - graduated in Paris - "НОТ СОUТURE" - in the time of his revues with Visage Agency models. At the beginning of 2006 I’ve established my own Professional and Training make up studio - "Beauty Make up - M". Here I’m changing people’s faces using the magic of cosmetics art.

Since July 2006 I’m working as an official maker up for the Finnish cosmetics brand "LUMENE" and Swedish cosmetics brand "ISADORA". In the time of make up sessions all around the country I’m consulting the customers how to use in the best way the high quality products of those two world famous brands.

February and September 2007 I had the honour to work with an Italian stylist and photographer for making the catalogue of hair colour brand "PiuBella" and other events. Due to the models from “Face” Agency and the hairstylists Garo Papazian and Vera Valchinova this cooperation is going to continue in the future.

For the last 3 years Mr. Christiano had entrusted me the organization and the commitee of the maker up competition “Italian Beauty Festival”, organized by “Cristian of Roma group" in Plovdiv which takes place twice a year.

I’m also a member of the jury for Maker up competition “Beauty Festival” of “Intercoifeur” organized by Mr. Kapanov in Sofia.

I’m training professional makers up for taking part into these famous competitions.

I’m a member of the National Crafts Chamber.
